| Are the products sold real salon professional products or imitations |

Everything we sell is the exact same product you would purchase at your local salon. We do not sell imitations, replicas or knock-offs.

| Why do you list discontinued products |
|
So often people search for their very favorite salon hair care or salon beauty care product because they have used that particular item for ever and ever, but unfortunately the manufacturer will discontinue production of the very salon hair care products. When this happens we like to retain the item on our site so you can find this item, learn that it has been discontinued so you don't keep searching for it and offer both manufacturer recommended replacements or our own suggested alternatives.

| You're prices are so low are you sure they're real |

Yes. All of our brand name salon professional hair care products and beauty products are real; read the question above. We work very hard to maintain the lowest possible prices by keeping our expenses down. We also pass any savings we may receive on to the consumer in the form of specials (see specials page) and everyday discounted prices.

| I'm concerned about security and privacy |
|
This is really two questions. Security is paramount in the internet world and to ensure your information (most particularly your address and credit card) we use the industry's highest level of encryption for your credit card information as well never revealing your other information such as address to anyone except for which is absolutely necessary to ship your order. Privacy, second only to security, is also quite important with internet sales. Our shopping cart does use cookies and some scripts to maintain your cart and process your order, but for no other reason at all. We do not share our customer information and we do NOT employ SPAM tactics.

| What's this extra item in my package I didn't order. |

Often we receive free samples that are related to the product purchased so we simply pass those along to the lucky customer.

| Do you use either internet cookies or scripting. |

Yes our shopping cart uses both internet cookes and scripts, however, they are only used for the processing of your order such as alerting for shipping costs, taxes, or other essential purchasing information. We do not employ any sort of advertising pop ups, banners, or any other such browser annoyances that interrupt your shopping experience.

| Will you always ship the exact size ordered. |

For the consumer the best price per amount is almost always in larger sizes such as gallons and liters. So we are able to offer these significant discounts we reserve the right to ship multiple items of the exact same product that in sum will be equal to or greater in product then what the customer ordered. For example a Gallon is 3.785 liters which may be substituted for four 1 liter bottles. Of course this would not affect the consumer's cost for either the product (you get the greatly discounted gallon price) or the shipping fee (calculated based on the weight of the size ordered).

| Is my shipment insured. |

Our carrier is FedEx and all shipments are insured with out any additional extra shipping insurance fee.
